If you don’t have a SMILE, I’ll give you ONE of MINE

It’s a rough morning. First, my alarm doesn’t go off. Then I’m late for my college, it completely wrecks my mood. Then I have my breakfast, in a hurry without chewing the food properly, as my mother always tells me that chew your every bite properly. But I couldn’t as it is a Monday morning. I have never been late to my school, college or tuition classes, but now a days I usually get late, so it always makes me think why is it so now? But as i finished my breakfast and while I was washing my hands in the wash basin while looking into the mirror “I SMILED” and suddenly my day doesn’t seem to be so bad. I filled my water bottle and headed towards my college building equipped with a grin on my face, feeling as though I’ve slipped on a pair of rose-colored glasses. Today’s lesson? It turns out that when I smile, the world smiles back. I have always received a compliment from everyone around me that I have a really attractive and cute smile. Even few days back in a workshop in my college the trainer told me that my smile is so contagious that it can take away anyone’s anger in a few seconds.

Each time you smile, you throw a little feel-good party in your brain. You’re actually better-looking when you smile — and I’m not just trying to butter you up. When you smile, people treat you differently. You’re viewed as attractive, reliable, relaxed, and sincere. When you view a person smiling, you actually feel rewarded. If you don’t believe me, see how many looks you get when you walk outside with that smile you’re wearing right now. (You’re still smiling like I asked, right?)

Looking at this picture, my childhood image just ran through in front of my eyes, I had the same smile with deep dimples on my both cheeks, I still have the same cute smile but my dimple are a bit less visible and sometimes miss my deep dimples. But I still love seeing myself in the mirror and smiling just for no reason and it makes my day. I have a habit or it would be better to say this is how I am, a person who always wear a smile on her face. My friends sometimes calls me LAUGHING BUDDHA. If they don’t see me smiling for a while then they get to know that there is something that is worrying me.

We can’t always control what happens to us, but I am 100-percent confident that gracing your face with a grin can seriously change your internal and external experience. Your smile is something that should be worn often, so make it a priority to surround yourself with people, places, and things that brighten your day. Vow to be the positive, happy person in your group of friends. Watch funny movies often, and be sure to look people in the eye and show them your pearly whites. The world is simply a better place when you smile.

So, start smiling more often and make everyone smile around you and spread love and happiness because there’s always a magic in your smile.
